The bulk of this issue is an exhaustive index to the first 400 issues of Alan Light's The Buyer's Guide for Comic Fandom. Other features include a tribute to Steve Ditko, "Is Publisher Greed Killing the Comic Book Industry?", commentary on The Comics Journal's "anti-superhero bias", and "Paperbacks, the Unsung Collectible".

1st printing: July 2002, 5½ x 7", beige cover, (printing indicated in the indicia), "maybe 30-40 copies" mostly sent to reviewers**
2nd printing: April 2003, 7 x 8½", yellow cover (printing indicated in the indicia), "maybe 100 copies" **

** According to publisher Russ Maheras, who also says: "There are also about 6-7 ashcan versions with white cover stock, side-stapled, and 8.5 x 11 in size, and they have 'first printing' on the indicia."

A virtual archive of mini-comics, fanzines, small press comics, newave comix and related items. The physical archive, housed at PF headquarters, is being built with personal acquisitions as well as generous donations from supporters. This project is most definitely a work in progress.
