Labeled as "Plain Brown Wrapper Comix", no other publisher info but it seems to be from Rodgers' Books Press. A 3/3/84 letter from Walt Rodgers to Eric Vincent seems to confirm this (info provided by Brian Decker).

At least some copies had a hand-added touch of color in the light at the end of the fairy's wand.
