Some info on printings from Dale Lee Coovert's invaluable Michael Roden Catalog:
There are three different variants of this comix. The first printing (a test printing consisting of just a few copies) is distinguishable by the Swiss Made Heavy Gloss Photo Paper cover and imperfectly scanned interior pages. The second printing (a first release Ltd. Ed. of about 50 copies) also has a glossy cover but the interior pages have been re-scanned. The third printing has covers on a thinner (non-glossy) stock (because the glossy covers wouldn’t hold the ink well enough and had to be replaced).
