Retreads collected art and comics by Steve Willis previously published by others.
This issue contains 10 pages of previously unpublished material plus reprints from Cooper Point Journal, Cascade Crest, KAOS-FM Program Guide, The Daily and Crapper Point Journal.
In 2005 Steve Willis reprinted most (if not all) of his back catalog in editions of only five copies each. They were originally sold at the Danger Room comic book store in Olympia, Washington.
