Collects work from Dallas Fantasy Comics (souvenir mini-comic of the Dallas Fantasy Fair) and Dallas Fantasy Fair Mini-Comics Workshop minis.
It also includes Tosh's autobiographical "Dinner with Crumb" story and a number of jam comix pages by artists like R. Crumb, Spain Rodriguez, Gilbert Shelton, Denis Kitchen, Bill Sienkiewicz and others.
There are a few contributors I'm not sure about:

Fanzine celebrating 50 years of war comics as published by DC. The wraparound cover is loaded with cartoonist portraits and self-portraits. Many of those artists also get one- and two-page articles inside about their military experience and comics work (plus new artwork).
There's also a full-color centerspread painting of the USS Stevens by Sam Glanzman.

"The Comic Book Industry Trade Show" held August 10-12, 1998 in San Diego.


Contents include pieces on the history of comics fandom (with many fanzine profiles and scans), Lee & Kirby, anniversary tributes (Fantastic Four, Antonio Prohias' Spy vs Spy, comics in 1986, Watchmen, Dark Horse Comics, SLG, Bone), more.
Appearances in art by Fantastic Four, Justice League of America, Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Galactus, the Watcher, Avengers, Inhumans, Black Panther, Sub-Mariner, Silver Surfer, Dr. Doom, Mole Man, Annihilus, Skrulls, Hulk, Spy vs Spy, Batman, Rorshach, Dr. Manhattan, the Comedian, Maus, the Joker, Boba Fett, Hellboy, Ghost, Predator, Concrete, Usagi Yojimbo, Groo, Conan, Willow, Alien, R2-D2, C-3PO, Stormtrooper, Milk & Cheese, Dr. Radium, Bone and more.

Each section of the Comics Code Authority's guidelines is illustrated by a different artist.
Characters appearing include Groo the Wanderer, Patty Cake, Akiko, Superman, Prometheus (Amoeba Adventures)
Hand-stamped logo on back.
Generally speaking, Not Available printings beyond the 1st have a datestamp on the front or back cover which is the printing date of the batch that copy was from. Matt Feazell says those post-1st printings were usually 60 copies or fewer.

Dallas Fantasy Comics was a souvenir mini-comic David Tosh (Hey!, Dinner With Crumb) used to produce at the Dallas Fantasy Fair comic book conventions. The contents were solicited, produced and turned in during the show and the mini-comix would be available for sale by the final day of the show.
