Collection of Brad W. Foster's "Gigags" strips (which he did while a student at Texas A&M in the mid '70s) published by an outfit called Candy Comics. According to the inside front cover there were a number of titles planned to be sold "wherever you buy candy, gum, stickers or decals."
Contains two illustrations not included in the earlier Jabberwocky Gigags collection.

Nice selection of rare and commercial artwork by Neal Adams, plus 16 pages of comics featuring Dracula, Frankenstein and a werewolf (from the Power Records sets).
Characters appearing include Atomic Mouse, Batgirl, Telly Savalas, O.J. Simpson, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, Captain Marvel, Batman, Hulk and others.
